"You have to take on challenges to improve your performance. When I entered the articles of incorporation, I had many shortcomings because I did not know anything about it," said Oh Yu-ran, an analyst who spoke with a reporter on Wednesday. "I want to grow further before I enter the company."
There are many differences between performance analysis in professional volleyball and performance analysis in volleyball. "If a professional team always analyzes the same team and the same players, it is probably necessary to check various players in volleyball. It feels different. "A power analyst is completely different from a player. As a person who really loves volleyball, a power analyst is a good fit for me. He also has the advantage of being able to see wide-ranging business unlike a player. What is the attractiveness of power analysis that Oh Yu-ran says? "We need to check every moment from when the ball floats to when it hits the ground. I think that is the hidden assistant for players in the game, which is the power analyst," Oh said.
Oh's ultimate dream is to become an interpreter and a power analyst at a professional team. It is not easy to combine interpretation and power analysis. It is overwhelming to focus on just one thing. However, Oh, who likes to challenge himself, says he will try.
"I have a lot of greed in English and other fields besides volleyball. I want to study more and become an interpreter and analyst. I want to achieve my goal after I grow further," he said. "I came to join the team because I want to improve my volleyball skills a little bit this time. Looking at the players I am playing now reminds me of the old days. "I was like that back then," he said with a smile. "I will never forget how I felt when I was desperate. I will try to be of help until the end of the stove league."
